senator miriam defensor-santiago was just on abs-cbn's election coverage. as usual, my mom and i loved her hirits.

but i agree with sen. miriam santiago that the provision about a congressman/ senator/ president in the constitution should be changed, it's not enough to be literate talaga. tama sya when she said na kung ang pulis nga sa pilipinas required to be a college graduate, bakit ang presidente hindi. weeeee i'm such a fan of miriam talaga, haha.
